Course notes

The course come in two flavours. One is the batch that was submitted for printing and is what supervisors are likely to have. These are based on the notes from 2008 but have some changes.

The second batch will be used for the actual lectures and will be posted as the term goes by. The content will be about the same as that for the first batch, so either is fine for revising or preparing for supervisions.
