• Computer Science in the Natural Sciences Tripos
  Information for those considering taking the Computer Science option in first year NST. The same course is also available as a first year option in the PPS Tripos.

  It is possible to transfer into Part IB of the Computer Science Tripos after taking one or two years of some other Triposes.

  The facilities provided by Intel Laboratory and Cockcroft 4 workstations.
• Library
  The facilities provided by the Computer Laboratory's library.
• Lecture course feedback form
  By letting the staff know what you really think of your courses on our online form you help to ensure that the Laboratory irons out the bugs in its teaching. You can also see an anonymised summary of each course's feedback.
• Urgent teaching or supervision-related problem (the fast feedback button)
  If the problem cannot wait, send a message anonymously. This will be acted on as soon as possible (if the problem has a solution).
• Staff–Student Consultative Forum
  This is a forum for students to give feedback on the course. It consists of a student representative from each year group and five members of staff.
• Online services
  Mailing lists, newsgroups, student-operated web sites, etc.
• Upper limb disorder/RSI/OOS
  Information on typing-related injuries (part of the main Laboratory safety page).
• Policy statements relating to students
  Official policy statements released by the Head of Department.
• Transferable skills
  The Laboratory's policy on undergraduate skills and the University's documentation on transferable skills.
• Microsoft Academic Alliance Programme
  Access to Microsoft software under the Academic Alliance Programme is available. Newly arrived students will receive an e-mail with their account details needed to download the software in the Michaelmas Term.
• Awards
  Awards, Honours, Prizes and Competitions won by Cambridge Computer Science staff and students.
