Recommended reading

A First Course in Probability (9th edition) by Sheldon Ross:

• Chapter 1: Combinatorial Analysis
• Chapter 2: Axioms of Probability, sections 1-5
• Chapter 3: Conditional Probability and Independence, sections 1-5
• Chapter 4: Random Variables, sections 1-5

(Previous editions are also fine, but may have different chapter names/numbers.)

We will also have a "Mastermind" session at the end of the supervision. Please prepare 3 questions unless you are the Mastermind.
