Multithreaded Embedded Processors Project

Overview

This is a modest EPSRC funded project supporting one PhD student - Panit Watcharawitch. We looked at architectural support for thread level parallelism for high performance but low power embedded processors.

Some of the basis of this work appeared in my PhD thesis which is available as a book: Multithreaded Processor Design.
