The social event is included in the registration fee. If need be, you can request an additional coupon for the social event during the registration process for EUR 85.

presenters (paper, demo, poster) must register at the FULL rate (i.e.,
not at a student rate even if student). For those presenting multiple
papers/demos/posters, one full registration is valid for up to two
papers/demos/posters.
