Quantised Local Zernike Moments. This code implements the Quantised Local Zernike Moments (QLZM) image representation in C++ as presented in:

QLZM has been used for the MAPTRAITS'14 Challenge visual feature extraction and has been evaluated for affect recognition on the AVEC'12 Dataset.
