Ultra Wideband Communication

Ultra Wide Band (UWB) radio systems hold promise for the next generation of
wireless personal and local area networks. I will discuss some of the
history and operating principles, progress on regulation and
standardization, and outline Artimi's single chip solution architecture.
* Jack Lang is a serial entrepreneur who has been involved with a number
of high-tech companies in the Cambridge area. He is also involved in
teaching entrepreneurship through the Centre for Entrepreneurial
Learning and the Computer Laboratory.
