Xen™ Screenshot Gallery

This page is for screenshots of cool Xen setups. If you've got any nice screenshots or pictures (e.g. lots of domains running, the control tools in use, an interesting application of Xen in action or anything else), please let me know at mark.williamson@cl.cam.ac.uk

Xen 2.0 (current release)

The Xen 2.0 system that was used at OLS 2004. We're running KDE in domain 0 (which is a Redhat 9.0 install), with VNC connections to 4 other domains visible. The other domains are running SuSE (top left), Fedora Core 1 (top right), Knoppix (bottom left) and Fedora Core 2 (bottom right).

Xen running 5 different Linux distributions

Another shot of Xen 2.0 running multiple distributions. In the top right, you can see the console of a NetBSD 2.0 domain. The Linux domains are logged in and running some applications.

Previous releases

This is a screenshot from the Xen 1.2 DemoCD. There are three domains running. Mozilla is running in Domain 0, emacs is being X-forwarded over SSH from another domain. The X-term in the bottom right is running a Perl CPU hog in one of the virtual machines (xendemo-69.localhost). The xload graphs show that this program is only affecting its own virtual machine.
