Notes

A rather large leaf cell (I must have been mad). Increments two dual-rail inputs using dynamic logic. The top dual-rail data signal is inverted, the bottom dual-rail data signal is not inverted. The carry ripples from bottom to top. Precharging is achived using the two signals top left and right (metal 2) which are connected to the reset lines used to control the preceeding RED flip-flop bank.
