The basic registration package includes single room en
suite accommodation, all meals from the Buffet Supper on
Sunday July 28th until the close of the Conference on
Wednesday July 31st, and the tour of the Chapel and the punt
trip on Tuesday July 30th.

A number of double and twin rooms are available. Any
delegates who are travelling with their families will need to
make their own accommodation arrangements, see the city
tourism pages, and should register as non-residential
delegates. The cost of the basic conference package
is €685 in a single room,
€815 for a twin with shared facilities,
€845 for a twin or double en suite, and
€440 for non-residential delegates.

Tour of City centre :

There are many beautiful but lesser known colleges
in Cambridge, and historic buildings in the City and the
University. A tour with an official guide will take
place on Tuesday July 30th, probably between 3.30 and
5.30 pm. This tour is not part of the standard
package. The cost of €6 per person will
be included in the invoice.
