Payment for this property should be in pounds sterling and the payee is responsible for all bank charges involved in the transfer of funds form other currencies.
Notes:
- For parties of 8 or less there is a discount of £100 per week between the dates of 28 June - 29 August
- Changeover day is Saturday. Our prices include bedlinen and towels (not beach), electricity, and gas. Heating is charged separately.
- Deposit of 30% required when booking is made and the final balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable security deposit of £350 is required.
- Cleaning of the property on leaving is the responsibility of the renter.
