Patches to the issue 1 card

The issue 1 TAXI transmission card has four patches:

1. The FIFO pin 7 () should be linked to FIFO pin 14 (GND).
2. The FIFO pin 23 () should be linked to FIFO pin 28 (+5).
3. The Transmit TAXI chip 12 should have the plated through hole drilled out and insulated, the socket pin being connected to the track from the xilinx to the transmission TAXI pin 15.
4. The track from the xilinx to transmission TAXI pin 15 should be cut, and the pin linked to GND. This is located on the capacitor pin south-east of pin 15 looking at the underside of the board. (Capacitor DCXIL1 pin 2).
