Key texts addressing the issues with which CODE is concerned have appeared in digital and conventional form: some as pamphlets, others on websites and mailing lists. Listed below are pointers to where some of these papers can be found.

The Arts Council of England’s Collaborative Arts Unit has commissioned some new ‘texts’ from some of the most talented UK based researchers and writers, contributing different perspectives and views to the topics under discussion. Papers by Stewart Home, Steve Beard, Matt Locke and others may be viewed via this site from March onwards.

The Brussels-based Constant organisation programmed a series of talks and performances last autumn addressing some of the issues under consideration at CODE. These have been archived and can be viewed at http://www.constantvzw.com/copy.cult. The site also houses texts which focus on issues of intellectual property, fair use, artists’ rights, piracy etc. (e.g. http://copyleft.tsx.org).
