One stage of an event FIFO. Consists of a C-element with reset (bottom) and control logic (top). The two C-element data inputs come from near bottom left and second down on the right via an inverter. The output of the C-element exits near the bottom right (metal 1) but is also fed to the second connection down on the top left (metal 1). A reset signal is fed from top left to top right via 2 inverters.
