TERMINAL type,depth/k,width/k,remote/s,local/s Set terminal type

Set up the terminal to be a <type> with depth of <depth>, width <width>.
If remote is set, then the program does not attempt single character IO,
and assumes that there is local reflection.
If it is remote, then lines may be forced at any time, as the commonly
sent character ESC is ignored if the terminal type is dumb.

        Type may be one of:

                Newbury7009
                Cifer2632
                Cifer2605

                BBC32
                Dumb
