What can a poor source do?

• Normally, AIMD (or other generic congestion avoidance like things)

• Why aggregate differently?

  • Could implement TCP friendliness, or other policies - e.g. TCP friendlessness, or max/min fair (I.e. RTT independent, instead of proportional fair) etc etc
  • Note:If Router is FQ, can do without slow start…as TACK gives accurate feedback per packet pair (keshav)
