This is a fairly atypical approach to load balancing largely because it is
based on a pure supply and demand model (<#2922#> i.e.<#2922#> competition) as opposed to
cooperation and consensus. Nevertheless, it is interesting and does
appear to perform reasonably [#FergusonMAFLB##1#] (see also [#WaldspurgerSADCE##1#]).
