Blind post-mask boundary verifier · v3 focused five-frame audit

A fresh verifier saw one distance-ring QA overlay per frame plus observed/local4/render/residual evidence. It saw no clean reference, pseudo-GT, or evaluation. Decisions and v3 masks were hash-locked before reference access.

Ring legend: red=current, yellow=+3, orange=+5, cyan=+8, blue=+12 px. Hard dilation is forbidden for motion-blur/defocus cause families.
