Could have tailored more to this audience. Shame to miss out on the technical part at the end, potentially the most interesting.
Discussion of user privacy would be interesting - users could have their identity tracked by scanning and logging the set of items each person carries.
Too many details. Presentation could be shorter.
Introduction about autoID centre too long :-( . Video too long. Comparison of auto-ID with the invention of computers and the internet is ridiculous!
