DHT suggestions

This page contains a few good suggestions I received from DHT6 players. I may not agree with 100% of what they say, but the comments are interesting and generally follow what I consider to be the right spirit, or anyway provide some good ideas or discussion points.

I haven't found the time to comment on all of them individually but I've read them and I've found them good enough to be exposed to public scrutiny here.

Read them yourself and, if you think you've got something to add, get in touch. In particular, if it's about level sets, get in touch with the author of the mail first and see if you can work out a common agreement. The ideal proposal would be something along the lines of what Yonatan Donner, Mike Pratt and George Bell did for D2SG (see http://www.orl.co.uk/~fms/dht/dht5/d2sg). Whenever I get a contribution as good and well researched as this one, and from a team of qualified players like these, it is almost certain that I will adopt it with no change.

The contributions listed below are good starting points that will probably make it into DHT6 if they get enough consensus from other qualified players. In fact, if you look at the design page you'll see that some of them have actually already been adopted!
