Note for reception:

The 16:00 Security Group Friday meetings always take place
in FW11, except for Christmas to New Year.

If important departmental meetings need FW11 at that time, the meeting
can move on that day to either FW26 or SS03. No need to ask long in
advance but warn the mailing list cl-security-group@lists.cam.ac.uk a
couple of days before the moved meeting, and put up a notice on the
door of FW11 on the day that shows the alternate room number.

(This note should go into our room booking description on Google
Calendar CL_FW11. It usually needs to be added back every summer as
the room bookings there usually last only one year.)
