ESL Loose Timing and Temporal Decoupling

A transaction thread can be passed between components and back to the originator without entering the SystemC Kernel.

Each component increments its own local time counter according to the real work it has modelled.

Each process keeps a tally or offset of how far it has run ahead of simulation time, and may yield because it reaches an explicit synchronization point or because it has consumed its time quantum.
