The units used at the Eurosys tutorial in March 2008 were bought from a local (Cambridge) company: World of Computers, they do not have the nice thermal readouts of the units at Stanford, but they are locally available and they worked very well. Price was in pounds, hardest component to source was the case.
Additional notes: one hard disk is in the caddy and one is in the internal mount bracket this permits fairly easy machine cloning via software raid.
