Description Missing endef in makefile for HPUX

Workaround
Insert the following at line 79 of mk/platforms/hppa_hpux_10.20.mk:

endef

(i.e. insert at the end of the definition of StaticLinkLibrary).

Action This patch will be incorporated in the next release.
