| I think many people still thinking about the health of Steve and how he is
| going. So, can you send a short mail on the infohol-list telling us about
| the latest news about our friend Steve?

For those who weren't at the HOL95 conference, a short bit to bring you up
to date. On Tuesday afternoon, Steve Brackin (ARCA Systems) sat on a fence
rail which gave way and he fell almost 9 feet off a rock wall onto his
back. Steve was lifeflighted to Utah Valley Regionial Medical Center and
disgnosed with a broken back (compressed T-11 vertebrae). His back is
stable and there is no nerve damage.

I saw Steve last evening and he is doing much better. His bowels are
functioning again (a common complication in back injuries, I'm told) and
he's going home today. His wife flew out on Saturday and so she will be on
the flight with him to help out and see that he makes it safely back home.
Steve can get out of bed himself now and get out of his brace himself as
well. According to his wife, Steve's hospital bed will be set up right
next his computer, so I expect that in not too many days, Steve will be
commmunicating with us himself.
