| If you viewed/listened to John Harrison's talk on MBONE yesterday,
| we'd interested to hear how well the technology worked for you.

We viewed it, but unfortunately the audio was too bad to understand what he
was saying. I'd be interested to know what experience other sites had.

Audio is a problem because if its not good enough the talk is ruined.
Video you can usually take or leave, especially with the slides on mosaic
(good idea by the way).

I'd like to just open up a MBONE session between Cambridge and here
sometime so that we can experiment with parameters on both ends and see if
we can make the audio intelligible.

Also, if there was a way to set it up, I'd be willing to call in from here
and get the audio over the telephone (I know its kind of a nightmare
technically). I could easily justify the cost of 60 minute long distance
phone call to England for a good talk.
