We have received approx 50 copies of the published proceedings of
HUG93 from the publisher, Springer-Verlag.  We intend to distribute
these to authors of HUG93 papers who attended HUG93 last August in
Vancouver, Canada.   These copies will be distributed "at cost",
i.e., cost of packaging and shipping the book.

If you are a HUG93 author who attended HUG93 -- and you would like to
obtain a copy of the published proceedings from us, then send a money
order in Canadian funds or a cheque drawn on an account at a Canadian
Bank for the amount specified below to:

The money order/cheque must be payable to: "The University of British
Columbia".   We must receive the money order/cheque by July 31.  After
July 31, we plan to distribute leftover copies (if any) on an ad hoc
basis.

Please do not send us a "please save a copy for me" message -- we
plan to simply mail out copies of the proceedings directly in response
to receiving a money order or cheque.

If you do not belong to the *intersection* of the set of HUG93 authors
and the set of HUG93 participants, please do not send a request for
us to send you a copy of the proceedings since we do not have enough
copies (and we can't guarantee that we will safely return your
money order/cheque).

Cost:

   Your money order/cheque should be made out for one of the
   following amounts depending on your location and your
   surface vs. air mail preference.
