I wouldn't say there were many announcements of "developments" to HOL as such; most of the presentations were relating very interesting applications and research projects. I could make a copy of the table of contents of the proceedings and send it on to you; another way of knowing about the presesntations is by examining the bibliography entries sent out recently on this list or even by looking at the HOL survey I have announced on this list. - Sara
