I was planning to release it as a set of patches in contrib for the next version of the system. If there is enough interest, I could just make it part of the standard release. I am dis-inclined to do the later (1) because CMUCL is still a moving target, (2) I did this as a quick hack and (3) I'll be leaving Cambridge soon for a real job where I won't have the time to maintain it. I would be happy to provide a set of patches to make version 2.01 of the system work with CMUCL to interested parties. Comments?
