FTP-SITE at Karlsruhe

Asgeir Eiriksson recently asked about the status of our ftp-site 
and especially about the availability of a public domain version of 
FAUST and MEPHISTO.

That's the status:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
ftp-site itself:  It is unavailable as a ftp-site at the moment since it 
                  is currently being completely restructured.
                  It also will change name to  
                         
                         goethe.ira.uka.de (129.13.18.22)

                  (Goethe for obvious reasons :-) 
                  However, it will be "reopened" in about 2 weeks. 
                  Just try then!

FAUST:            A new version of our FAUST-Prover will be made available
                  in about 3-4 weeks.
                  Since we just switched over to HOL90.5, we do not
                  have a very stable version of FAUST at the moment.
                  The public domain version will be for HOL90.

MEPHISTO:         MEPHISTO as a hardware-verification environment will
                  be NOT available on the ftp-server. 
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Papers, Reports:  Postscript-files of most of our publications can be
                  found on Goethe after it is reopened.

By the way, Germany is changing its postal (zip) code on July, 1st.
Our new code is 76128 Karlsruhe!
