Subject: hug93 authors - stay cool folks

The hug93 program committee has received a healthy number of submissions.
The program chairman (Carl Seger) has not yet had a chance to acknowledge
receipt of submissions and, given that he's out of town today (and thus
I am replying on his behalf) I expect you'll have to wait another day or
two before you'll hear from him. It's going to take Carl and his helper
some time to sort out the submissions and make sure that they can be
printed without difficulty before sending out acknowledgments.

If you really must know *today* whether your submission has arrived,
you could send me a message (joyce@cs.ubc.ca) and I'll be happy to
have a peek in the submissions directory. Otherwise, please give it a
few more days to hear officially from Carl.
