There have been some problems for US people to print the file 
CCSinHOL.ps.Z available by ftp from ftp.cl.cam.ac.uk in the 
directory hvg/papers, due to the fact that it is set up for A4 paper. 
I have been advised to put a US version of my tech report. 
So, now in the directory hvg/papers you find two versions: 
CCSinHOLA4.ps.Z and CCSinHOLUS.ps.Z.
