Subject: HOL users survey

Hi, John.

I'm starting to update Sara's list of HOL users worldwide. I'll be sending a
note out on info-hol, soliciting information, but I'd like to follow up with
people who don't respond, and with people who have copies of HOL but who aren't
following info-hol. To do that, I'll need a copy of the list of people who've
received copies. JVT tells me that you're the current distribution guru, and
that you may well have such a list. Could you send me a copy?

If you know who the people are (beyond just their email addresses) and they're
not among the usual crowd that shows up at HOL meetings, could you tell me
about them, too?

Thanks,
Tim
