I echo *all* of Jeff's sentiments.  The reason I conditionally withdrew our
offer was exactly because it is much more important to me that HOL93 be in
NA, than that it be in Idaho.  Jeff did an excellent job of explaining why
this is important.

I don't think this needs to be complicated.  In fact, the de facto decision
to alternate continents was an attempt to keep the thing from becoming
complicated.  Is anyone willing to speak for *NOT* alternating continents?
