Subject: Report on completeness to follow

In a few minutes I will send along a preliminary report on the completeness
result announced in my message to info-hol dated November 20, 1991.  The
purpose of this precursor message is to apologize for taking so long to
get the preliminary report written and to warn everybody that the
report is 12 pages long.  Most likely, you will want to save it in a file
and print a copy to read, instead of looking at in on screen.
