Subject: favour

I'm asking you for a big favour. Sorry to mail it in this group, it is
not really appropriate, but still ..

Could you give me a free translation of the following two lines of text
in your native language and other languages that you know how to write
within the constraints of the ASCII character set? :

"Last call for players for the 5th XXX squash Tournament on December 9.
Everybody is invited to join the fun. "

(don't mind the XXX, it is "a name")

I would appreciate it if you would mail me your translations along
with the name(s) of the language(s) used as soon as possible.
Your translation will be used in a 'Last Call for Players' which will
respond to the angry remarks by some Flemish people on an English-only
mail which we've sent out earlier. This time we will try to announce it
in as much different languages as possible.

We already have : Dutch (+ several different dialects), Fries, German, French,
English, Swedish, Roemenian, Arab, Italian, Spanish. Modern Greek,
Esperanto, Japanese, finnish. portuguees, brazilian, .

Note that translations in less known languages such as Catalan, Bask,
Welch, Chinese "dialects"... are at least as interesting as translations
in conventional languages (even local dialects are)

Thanks for your help,

Wim
