             * * * HOL USERS GROUP MEETING 1991 * * *

The result of the recent vote for the 1991 venue is that DAVIS was the
preferred site.  Forty-five votes were received in all.

Therefore, the meeting will be held at the University of California at
Davis.  As there was a significant number of votes for each of the two
sites, we are planning provisionally that the 1992 meeting be held at
IMEC in Leuven, Belgium.

The dates suggested by the Davis team are 4 - 6 September 1991.
