1. Those Helpful Testers

A million thanks to Paul Curzon and Michael Norrish
for being so patient and for so many helpful suggestions.
They actually seem to find this thing useful, which
initially came as a bit of a surprise...

Thanks also to Malcolm Newey, Richard Boulton, John
	Harrison, Mark Staples, Brian Graham
	at the Cambridge University
Computer Lab; Laurent Thery at INRIA; Miriam
Lesser and Shantanu Tarafdar at Cornell; and Mike
Benjamin at INMOS for testing this work and taking
	the time to report back.

On the academic side, thanks to Tom Melham for the interest shown by
his group at Glasgow, and for providing many
interesting conversations on interfaces and the HOL
system in general. And last, but not least, my supervisor
Mike Gordon has been fantastic throughout my time
	here at Cambridge.

2. tkaux

	TkHolWorkbench uses the "tkauxlib" by:

			    Kevin B. Kenny
			   GE Corporate R&D
			  kennykb@crd.ge.com

Many thanks to Kenny and GE corporation for this
package. See the README in ./tkaux for copyright
	information for this package.

3. jbindings

TkHolWorkbench also uses an altered version of
	the emacs-style bindings
from the "jstools" package by Jay Sekora. See the
README in ./tkaux/hbindings.tcl for copyright and
	usage information for this package.

4. TkTRS

Richard Boulton wrote the "trs" library, which
appeared in hol88 but not in hol90. I have ported this
	to hol90.
