here are three a2x/Dragon macros that press and hold each of the three
mouse buttons:

add-word /t "[press 1]" "{Ctrl+t}{Ctrl+b}1{Ctrl+t}" invisible
add-word /t "[press 2]" "{Ctrl+t}{Ctrl+b}2{Ctrl+t}" invisible
add-word /t "[press 3]" "{Ctrl+t}{Ctrl+b}3{Ctrl+t}" invisible
