I am a Research Associate in the Artificial Intelligence group of the Computer Laboratory, University of Cambridge, where I am working on the RECOGNITION (Relevance and cognition for self-awareness in a content-centric Internet) project with Dr Pietro Lio'.
I received my PhD degree from University of Cambridge in November 2011, and BSc (Hons) from University of Sydney, Australia. I was funded by Cambridge Overseas Trust, King's College, Cambridge, and Computer Laboratory's Premium Research Studentship during my PhD, and by Australian Development Scholarship during my undergraduate. My PhD research topic is "Bayesian approaches to biological network predictions", where I developed probabilistic models to address various aspects of molecular interaction inference.
