Attendance at MINGLE 2003 is open to everyone, whether or not they have previously been involved in the MINGLE project.

Registration forms

To register, please download and fill out the registration & accommodation form (PDF, PS, DOC). This should be faxed to +44-1223-334678 or sent by normal mail to the address on the form.

To register as a student, you also need to fill out the student confirmation form (PDF, PS, DOC) and have it signed by the Head of Department at your institution. The completed form should be faxed to +44-1223-334678 or sent by normal mail to the address on the form. We would prefer the student confirmation form and registration form to be sent together.

The registration deadline was 8 August 2003.

Late registrations are accepted up to 22 August 2003 but payment must be received before the conference for the registration to be valid.

Registration and accommodation costs

The registration fee is £185 for a normal delegate and £135 for a student in full-time education. Accommodation (bed and breakfast) is available at the workshop venue, from £37 per person per night. We recommend that all delegates book this accommodation.

Please note that, as of 11 August 2003, all of the en suite rooms (single and twin) have been booked. We still have standard single rooms available.

Cancellation chargess

In the event of cancellation of your registration, a cancellation charge of 30% of the booked cost will be charged for any cancellations notified to the workshop organiser (registration@mingle2003.org) before 8 August 2003. Cancellation between 8 August and 7 September 2003 will incur a cancellation charge of 60% of the booked cost. Cancellation after 7 September 2003 will incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the booked cost.
