Dr. Liam McNamara - Research Associate

Culture Hack Day 2011 Photo

I am now a researcher at Uppsala University with the CoRe research group, hence, I now have a new homepage.

I was a research associate with the Networks and Operating Systems Group here at the Computer Lab. I was previously at UCL in the Mobile System research group. Also, you should probably peruse the SRG blog syslog.

I supervised the Part IA Floating Point Computation and Part II Mobile and Sensor Systems. I previously supervised the Part IA Foundations of Computer Science course and the Part II Principles of Communications course. Please contact me if you have questions about any course.

Profile:

I finished my PhD course in 2008 with Dr. Cecilia Mascolo as supervisor, and worked as a research associate for the Utiforo project, under Dr. Stephen Hailes and Dr. Licia Capra, until September 2009. I submitted my thesis in late 2009.
