Services provided by the MCS layer

The MCS protocol supports the services defined in ITU-T recommendation T.122. Information is transferred to and from the MCS. Basically, it provides a reliable transport service along the lines of RMP [#!rmp!#] or other simulations of multiple simultaneous TCP[#!van:88!#] type connections from a single source to multiple sinks.
