The Children's Identification and Location Database (CHILD) Project is a US-based nationwide registry and network enabling law enforcement and social service agencies to identify missing children and adults using iris recognition. The camera shown here which embeds the Daugman algorithms for encoding and registering both of the child's iris patterns is a Panasonic BM-ET330. The national database of IrisCodes is hosted and maintained by a non-profit agency, The Nation's Missing Children Organization (NMCO).
