First Essay (due Oct 30)

One key challenge for the Internet is to address mobility as a first class component of IP addressing and routing.
In this essay, I'd like to see a discussion of the various proposals for locator-identifier split (whether in IPv4
or IPv6 or otherwise), and their impact on routing.
