N.B. None of the fees cover lunch on any of the days of the conference. The Kongresshaus is a 5-minute walk from Heidelberg's old town, which has plenty of cafes and restaurants for you to sample. There is also the Havana restaurant at the Kongresshaus. There is a 90-minute lunch break scheduled each day to permit you to lunch as you will in Heidelberg.
The tutorials, conference proper, and associated workshops will be held at the Kongresshaus Stadthalle, Neckarstaden 24, 69117 Heidelberg, GERMANY. More information about this neoclassical building can be obtained at http://www.cvb-heidelberg.de/english/kongr01.html.
Blocks of rooms have been reserved at the following hotels under the keyword MIDDLEWARE. These rooms are guaranteed to be held at the quoted prices until 30 September 2001. After that date, rooms will be on a space available basis and potentially at the non-discounted rates. Therefore, it is wise to book your hotel room early.
