Prof. Winskel wins €2.4M ERC Advanced Grant

Glynn Winskel, Professor of Computer Science, has recently been awarded one of the prestigious European Research Council Advanced grants. The award of 2.4 million euro is for five years and is for research on Events, Causality and Symmetry – the next generation semantics. Professor Winskel was one of ten European computer scientists, and the only UK computer scientist, to receive an ERC Advanced grant this year.
