This online training module from the Equality and Diversity Office introduces implicit bias and the impact it can have. It will give you the opportunity to think about situations where your own unconscious bias might affect your ability to make objective decisions or judgements. Prevent Training

This training has been launched to support staff in understanding their role in safeguarding students and colleagues in the context of the Prevent Duty. Among other things, staff need to be aware of the process of radicalisation and definitions of extremism, and know how to repond if they have any concerns about an individual. All staff are expected to complete the online Module 1 - an introduction to the Prevent duty and be aware of the supplementary resources and guidance. The training can be found here: http://www.prevent.admin.cam.ac.uk/resources-and-guidance
