Condor batch system
Condor is a specialized batch system for managing compute-intensive jobs. We have a local Condor Pool running on the processor bank machines.

The University Computing Service Personal Workstation Facility (PWF) Condor Pool has now been discontinued.
The Cambridge eScience Centre CamGRID project is a distributed computing resource based on the Condor middleware, and provides a powerful computational tool for participating university members. The Computer Laboratory is not currently a participating department.
