Backups The Computer Laboratory backups up the Central server filespace, which can be restored using snapshots. You will need to backup any required local data.
Binding documents Comb binding machines can be found in the library and reception.
Bomb alert Bomb alert procedures
Booking accommodation Before you book any accommodation, you need to complete Part 1 of the Travel Expenses form. Reception/accounts will guide you from there.
The Issac Newton Institute provides an accommodation list if you need accommodation locally.
Booking conferences To book to attend a conference, you need to complete Part 1 of the Travel Expenses form. Reception/accounts will guide you from there.
The writing papers and attending conferences pages offer more information.
To book a conference for the Computer Lab, please contact Accounts.
Booking flights Before you book any flights, you need to complete Part 1 of the Travel Expenses form.

Booking a Computer Laboratory room Room bookings - this facility is only available for staff and students of the Computer Laboratory
Building services Building Services manage the William Gates Building. If your issue is not a computer related one, then it is probably Building Services that you need to see.
